CRMatrix Lite is a simple customer relationship management tool that allows any small company to have total control over the sales process. The application is lightweight and installs fast. The initial setup will prompt the user to select any previously installed database (to get access to clients records), user account (in case more than one user is using the same equipment) and access to POP Mail account (depending on the user).
CRMatrix Lite has Microsoft Outlook's "look and feel" as most features are accessed through a left-side options bar (clients, calendar, folders, shortcuts). The program has the basic functions expected from a CRM solution: task creator, call follow pp, appointment calendar, client status, opportunity's files, client's lookup field, etc. Most client data fields can be customized for you to have the tool configured to your business needs.
